For the people who visit London with short time, we have designed this special one day tour. Don’t let the lack of time impede you to know the main wonders that this city contains.
The departure is always at 10.00 am. At first, we will discover the ancient Londinium, the genesis of the city in the places where the Romans arrived 2000 years ago. The ancient medieval streets will feel our steps, while discovering a parallel universe full of modernity. Be captivated by St. Paul’s Cathedral and know about that incredible guy who rebuilt the city after the Great Fire of London, in 1666.
You will be walking through the exact place where capitalism was born and we will tell you facts and anecdotes about some of the most powerful corporations of all time, like The East India Company and others.
Continuing our walk incredible buildings, historical places and unforgettable stories will shape our journey throughout the morning and around 1:00 pm we will take a break to enjoy a meal in a pub in the city. Many customers let themselves be dragged by the influences of the London spirit and order a traditional and well-known dish all over the world: fish and potatoes, or as they call it here “Fish and Chips”. Off course, to make it right you should accompany it with a pint of ale.
After replenishing the forces, the Tour will head to the City of Westminster, a very attractive site that has the peculiarity of concentrating the English political universe for the last seven centuries.
Two impressive palaces will be part of this special visit: the palace of Buckingham, where the Queen resides, and St. James’s Palace, which Henry VIII ordered to build for Anne Boleyn. Royal gossips are at hand and you will take a closer look to the world’s most popular royal family.
Off course, Parliament and Big Ben are on our route, so that you do not miss the essential and mandatory pictures of those who visit London.
